Who runs this site

The site is run by Rob Steele, a technology executive with about 20 years of experience in enterprise technology. You can read more about him at robsteele.co. The guides here are written from the buyer's side: what a small business owner should ask and look for before handing their systems to an outside provider.

How requests work

When you send a request through our form, we review it and pass it to a local IT provider that handles that kind of work. The provider contacts you directly to learn more and gives you their own proposal. Sending a request is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

Providers are independent businesses

The IT providers we connect you with run their own companies. They set their own prices, contracts, and service levels, and any agreement is between you and the provider.
